The Skylark Café & Club Presents

The Brooders with Beija Bailes, Her Mountain Majesty, and Rug Saturday June 4 8:00

June 4, 2022 8:00 PM

The Brooders are an original Northwest Alt-Americana band, mixing banter, warm vocals, and wicked guitars, exuding themes that the Northwest cares about (like falling in love with baristas and living in an RV)

Her Mountain Majesty: Singer/Songwriter, Alt Rock, Bluesy Folk

Rug are six musicians blurring the lines of pop and rock music with hints of R&B. Releasing their debut EP, This Side of The Glass, Rug is hoping to bring a new energy to the post-pandemic Seattle music scene.

Featuring:

The Brooders
Boasting a mix of alt-country roots, Northwest pride, and screaming guitar solos, The Brooders deliver smart songs about life in the Northwest. Led by singer-songwriter Jay Waltmunson, the Brooders are a tight four pieces known for their stage banter and audience interactions. Rounding out the roster is Pete “Nice” Mitchell, the finest sock-footed guitarist this side of the Cascades, Jon “Big-Boy” Burke holding down the low end while adding his sweet, sweet backing vocals, and Matt “Mad Dog” Galloway on the skins.
