Currently based in Seattle, WA, they graduated from Cornish College of the Arts in 2021 where they explored unlearning the restraint of their classical training and embraced experimentation and intuitive composing. Kayce wrote, produced, and self-released their debut album in the solitude 2021, "the slow.” The album eased into being as a sparse, nostalgic homage to memory, the wounds of childhood, isolation, and the sweetness of connection and recalling home.
