The usual process for a radio press kit:

1. Record your demo or album
2. Mix your demo or album
3. Physically mail or digitally mail as the radio station requires a copy of this demo or album - radio stations let the music do the talking
4. Include your standard press kit with the album: 1 page document with links to your website, artist profile page, a tweet-sized BIO which includes information about your genre, link to your bandcamp pro page, and details about any upcoming events you may have. Radio DJs are still journalists, so keep it to the bare minimum with the information - JUST THE FACTS.
